2023 GrandCherokee There was a factory defect for the leather on the passenger side seat back. The dealership replaced the leather backing on the passenger side seat, but it was not a quality finish. Spoke with the dealership and they allowed me to have it repaired at CST Customs. Spoke with John and he assured that he could make it smooth and flush. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. CST Customs has done a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Thanks John.
